GP appointments are usually made at 10-15 minute intervals. If you have multiple topics to discuss you can book a longer appointment which lasts up to 30 minutes. Our reception team can help you if you require a longer consultation for complicated or multiple topics.

Yes, please always call our friendly receptionists if you need to see one of our doctors urgently. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there are any unforeseen delays or your GP has been called away.

Prescriptions for medications taken regularly can be obtained by booking a phone consultation with your usual doctor. If you haven’t seen your GP in more than 6 months you will need to make an in-person appointment so your doctor can check your full health.
