In the last 104 days it has been a pleasure to see you on video and speak to you on the phone with some exceptions where we have seen some of you in-person at our clinic ?⚕️ ?⚕️
Now we are looking forward to having you back at EHMP and helping you in-person!
For your safety and ours, on entry to our covid safe clinic:
? Please scan the QR code and sanitise your hands
? Mask wearing continues to be necessary for all patients 12 years and older upon entry and for the duration of your appointment.
? If you have infectious symptoms we respectfully ask you to book a Telehealth appointment. Your doctor can then advise if an in-person appointment is warranted. If an in-person appointment is deemed necessary, please remain in your car until your doctor calls you and can assess how to best help you.
? One person per appointment unless the patient is accompanied by a parent or carer.
? Telehealth appointments will remain ongoing for your safety and convenience. Meditate rebates are available for patients who have been seen by any one of our doctors for a face-to-face appointment in the last 12 months.
? If you are unsure of the best course to follow, please contact our friendly reception team who can advise you of the best solution to suit your needs.
