GP appointments are usually scheduled at 10-15 minute intervals. If you have multiple topics to discuss, you can book a longer appointment, which lasts 30 minutes. Please inform our receptionist if you require extended consultation time for complex or multiple topics.

Yes, please always call our friendly receptionists if you need to see one of our doctors urgently. As a team we will always do our best to get you the support you need. Urgent medical problems will be seen on the day. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there are any unforeseen delays or your GP has been called away.

We are mixed billing clinic. Children under 5 years, DVA card holders, and healthcare card holders are all bulk billed. All other patients are privately billed and payment is taken at the time of appointment. All children receive bulk billed childhood immunisation consultations.

Prescriptions for medications taken regularly can be obtained by booking a phone consultation with your usual doctor or via the HotDoc booking app. If you haven’t seen your GP for more than 6 months you will need to make an in-person appointment so your doctor can check your full health.
