Her flexible and open style allows her to meet each client where they are, helping them connect with their strengths and inner resources. Cecilia has experience across a broad range of presentations, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
Outside of her professional work, she nurtures her own balance and well-being through time in nature and Yoga.
